وَمَا جَعَلَهُ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بُشْرٰى وَلِتَطْمَىِٕنَّ بِهٖ قُلُوْبُكُمْۗ وَمَا النَّصْرُ اِلَّا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللّٰهِ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيْزٌ حَكِيْمٌ ࣖ ( الأنفال: ١٠ )
And not
وَمَا
Und nicht
(it was) made
جَعَلَهُ
machte es
(by) Allah
ٱللَّهُ
Allah,
but
إِلَّا
außer
good tidings
بُشْرَىٰ
als frohe Botschaft
and so that might be at rest
وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ
und damit Ruhe finden
with it
بِهِۦ
dadurch
your hearts
قُلُوبُكُمْۚ
eure Herzen.
And (there is) no
وَمَا
Und nicht
[the] victory
ٱلنَّصْرُ
(gibt es) den Sieg,
except
إِلَّا
außer
from
مِنْ
von
[of]
عِندِ
bei
Allah
ٱللَّهِۚ
Allah.
Indeed
إِنَّ
Wahrlich,
Allah
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
(is) All-Mighty
عَزِيزٌ
(ist) Allmächtig,
All-Wise
حَكِيمٌ
Allweise.
Wa Mā Ja`alahu Allāhu 'Illā Bushraá Wa Litaţma'inna Bihi Qulūbukum Wa Mā An-Naşru 'Illā Min `Indi Allāhi 'Inna Allāha `Azīzun Ĥakīmun. (al-ʾAnfāl 8:10)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Allah machte es nur zu einer frohen Botschaft und damit eure Herzen dadurch Ruhe fänden. Der Sieg kommt ja nur von Allah. Gewiß, Allah ist Allmächtig und Allweise. ([8] al-Anfal (Die Beute) : 10)
English Sahih:
And Allah made it not but good tidings and so that your hearts would be assured thereby. And victory is not but from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. ([8] Al-Anfal : 10)
