Al-Balad Verse 13

It is to free a slave,

It is freeing a slave,

The freeing of a slave,

It is to free a slave,

It is freeing the neck,

(It is;) freeing the bondman;

It is freeing someone's neck from slavery;

To free a neck (from the burden of debt or slavery),

The freeing of a slave!

[It is] the freeing of a slave,

It is the freeing of a bondsman (a slave or a captive);

(It is) the freeing of a captive (from the bondage of slavery, debt and other afflictions),

Releasing/freeing a neck/person/slave.
