Az-Zalzalah Verse 3

and humanity cries, “What is wrong with it?”—

and man says, “What is the matter with it?”

and Man says., 'What ails her?'

when man cries, ‘What is happening to it?’;

And man saith: what aileth her?

And man cries (distressed); 'What is the matter with her?'-

and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?”

And man enquires: "What has come over it?"

And man says, “What has happened to it?”

and man says, ‘What is the matter with her?’

And human cries out, "What is the matter with it?" –

And when a person will say (in bewilderment at the extraordinary happenings on the earth), `What is the matter with her?´

And the human/mankind said: "What (is) for it (what is wrong with it)

And man says, “What has happened to it?”

And man shall say, "What ails her

And man will say: "What is the matter with it?"

On that day she will tell her news,

And man says: What has befallen her?

And man saith: What aileth her?

the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?"

and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?"

And man will say: "What is the matter with it"

when man asks, "What is happening to her?";

And man says, “What is the matter with it?”

and man, the disbeliever in resurrection, says, `What is wrong with it?' -- in denial of that situation.

And man will say;"What is the matter with it"

meaning, he will be baffled by its situation after it used to be stable, settled and firm, and he used to be settled upon its surface.

This refers to the alteration of the state of things and the earth moving and shaking. There will come to it inescapable quaking that Allah prepared for it. Then it will throw out its dead people -- from the first to the last generations. At that time the people will be baffled by the events and the earth changing into other than the earth, and the heavens as well. Then they will be presented before Allah, the One, the Irresistible.

Concerning Allah's statement,

يَوْمَيِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا

And mankind be struck with surprise and astonishment and emotionally vent an exclamation "What happened" they say, "to make the earth unstable and agitated
