وَلِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا ( الفتح: ١٤ )
Wa lillaahii mulkus samaawaati wal ard; yaghfiru limany yashaaa'u wa yu'azzibu many yashaaa'; wa kaanal laahu Ghafoorar Raheemaa (al-Fatḥ 48:14)
English Sahih:
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. (Al-Fath [48] : 14)

A Allah appartient la souveraineté des cieux et de la terre. Il pardonne à qui Il veut et châtie qui Il veut. Allah demeure cependant, Pardonneur et Miséricordieux. (Al-Fath [48] : 14)

A Allah Seul revient la possession des Cieux et de la Terre. Il pardonne les péchés de ceux qu’Il veut parmi Ses serviteurs puis les fait entrer au Paradis par Sa grâce, et châtie qui Il veut parmi Ses serviteur en toute équité. Allah pardonne les péchés de Ses serviteurs qui se repentent et leur fait miséricorde.
