۞ اِنَّمَا الصَّدَقٰتُ لِلْفُقَرَاۤءِ وَالْمَسٰكِيْنِ وَالْعَامِلِيْنَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوْبُهُمْ وَفِى الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِيْنَ وَفِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيْلِۗ فَرِيْضَةً مِّنَ اللّٰهِ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيْمٌ   ( التوبة: ٦٠ )

innamā
إِنَّمَا
Only
仅仅
l-ṣadaqātu
ٱلصَّدَقَٰتُ
the charities
账款
lil'fuqarāi
لِلْفُقَرَآءِ
(are) for the poor
贪穷者|归
wal-masākīni
وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ
and the needy
赤贪者|和
wal-ʿāmilīna
وَٱلْعَٰمِلِينَ
and those who collect
众管理账务者|和
ʿalayhā
عَلَيْهَا
them
它|在
wal-mu-alafati
وَٱلْمُؤَلَّفَةِ
and the ones inclined
众心被团结者|和
qulūbuhum
قُلُوبُهُمْ
their hearts
他们的|众心
wafī
وَفِى
and in
在|和
l-riqābi
ٱلرِّقَابِ
the (freeing of) the necks
众被俘者
wal-ghārimīna
وَٱلْغَٰرِمِينَ
and for those in debt
众负债者|和
wafī
وَفِى
and in
在|和
sabīli
سَبِيلِ
(the) way
道路
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
真主的
wa-ib'ni
وَٱبْنِ
and the wayfarer
l-sabīli
ٱلسَّبِيلِۖ
and the wayfarer
穷困者途中
farīḍatan
فَرِيضَةً
an obligation
一个定制
mina
مِّنَ
from
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِۗ
Allah
真主
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
真主|和
ʿalīmun
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knowing
全知的
ḥakīmun
حَكِيمٌ
All-Wise
至睿的

Innamas sadaqaatu lilfuqaraaa'i walmasaakeeni wal 'aamileena 'alaihaa wal mu'al lafati quloobuhum wa fir riqaabi walghaarimeena wa fee sabeelil laahi wabnis sabeeli fareedatam minal laah; wal laahu 'Aleemun Hakeem (at-Tawbah 9:60)

English Sahih:

Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed for it and for bringing hearts together [for IsLam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler – an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. (At-Tawbah [9] : 60)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

赈款只归于贫穷者、赤贫者、管理赈务者、心被团结者、无力赎身者、不能还债者、为主道工作者、途中穷困者;这是安拉的定制。安拉是全知的,是至睿的。 (忏悔 [9] : 60)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

天课应只归于贫穷者,即他们是有职业或工作收入却入不敷出的需要者、状况众人皆知,一无所有的赤贫者、受伊玛目派遣,负责收集赈款的管理赈务者、以赈款接济能信仰伊斯兰的不信道者或信仰薄弱以此来强大其信仰的心被团结者、无力赎身者、不因挥霍浪费或作恶而负债,却无力偿还的债务人、为主道备战的奋斗者、中途穷困的旅行者。将天课用于这些人是真主的定制,真主对其仆人的利益是全知的,祂的安排和裁决是至睿的。
