Ash-Shu'ara Verse 180

I do not ask you for any reward for this ˹message˺. My reward is only from the Lord of all worlds.

I do not ask you for any reward for this; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds.

my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being.

I ask no reward of you, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Worlds.

And ask of you no hire therefor; and my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds.

"No reward do I ask of you for it; my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds.

I ask of you no reward for this. My reward is with none but the Lord of the Universe.

I ask no recompense of you for this. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds.

“And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.”

I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward lies only with the Lord of all the worlds.

"I ask of you no wage for that (for conveying God’s Message); my wage is only due from the Lord of the worlds.

`And I ask no reward from you for it (- the services I render). Surely, my reward lies with the Lord of the worlds alone.

And I do not ask/beg you on it from a wage/fee/reward, that truly my wage/reward (is) except on the creations all together`s/(universes`) Lord.

“And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.”

"So do your duty to Allah and obey me.

"No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).

Surely I am a faithful messenger to you;

And I do not ask you any reward for it, my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds;

And I ask of you no wage for it; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds.

I do not ask any payment for my preaching. I shall receive my reward from the Lord of the Universe.

I ask of you no wage for this; my wage is only with the Lord of the Worlds.

"No reward do I ask of you for it; my reward is only from the Lord of Al-`Alamin."

I ask of you no recompense for this; my reward is only with the Lord of the Universe.

I ask of you no payment for it. My payment is only from the Lord of the Worlds.

I do not ask of you any reward for this; indeed my reward lies only with the Lord of the Worlds.

إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ

When Shu`ayb said to them,

He is not described as belonging to them because of the meaning that was inherent in the name given to them even though he was their brother by blood.

Some people did not notice this point, so they thought that the dwellers of Al-Aykah were different from the people of Madyan, and claimed that Shu`ayb was sent to two nations; some said that he was sent to three.

أَصْحَابُ الاَْيْكَةِ
(The companions of Al-Aykah) were the people of Shu`ayb.

This was the view of Ishaq bin Bishr.

Someone besides Juwaybir said,

"The dwellers of Al-Aykah and the people of Madyan are one and the same."

And Allah knows best.

Although there is another opinion that they were different nations with two identities, the correct view is that they were one nation, but they are described differently in different places.

Shu`ayb preached to them and commanded them to be fair in their weights and measures, the same as is mentioned in the story of Madyan, which also indicates that they were the same nation
