وَمَنْ اَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا اَوْ قَالَ اُوْحِيَ اِلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُوْحَ اِلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَّمَنْ قَالَ سَاُنْزِلُ مِثْلَ مَآ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ ۗوَلَوْ تَرٰٓى اِذِ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ فِيْ غَمَرٰتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ بَاسِطُوْٓا اَيْدِيْهِمْۚ اَخْرِجُوْٓا اَنْفُسَكُمْۗ اَلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُوْنِ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَقُوْلُوْنَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَكُنْتُمْ عَنْ اٰيٰتِهٖ تَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَ ( الأنعام: ٩٣ )
Waman athlamu mimmani iftara 'ala Allahi kathiban aw qala oohiya ilayya walam yooha ilayhi shayon waman qala saonzilu mithla ma anzala Allahu walaw tara ithi alththalimoona fee ghamarati almawti waalmalaikatu basitoo aydeehim akhrijoo anfusakumu alyawma tujzawna 'athaba alhooni bima kuntum taqooloona 'ala Allahi ghayra alhaqqi wakuntum 'an ayatihi tastakbiroona (al-ʾAnʿām 6:93)

और उस व्यक्ति से बढ़कर अत्याचारी कौन होगा, जो अल्लाह पर मिथ्यारोपण करे या यह कहे कि 'मेरी ओर प्रकाशना (वह्य,) की गई है,' हालाँकि उसकी ओर भी प्रकाशना न की गई हो। और वह व्यक्ति से (बढ़कर अत्याचारी कौन होगा) जो यह कहे कि 'मैं भी ऐसी चीज़ उतार दूँगा, जैसी अल्लाह ने उतारी है।' और यदि तुम देख सकते, तुम अत्याचारी मृत्यु-यातनाओं में होते है और फ़रिश्ते अपने हाथ बढ़ा रहे होते है कि 'निकालो अपने प्राण! आज तुम्हें अपमानजनक यातना दी जाएगी, क्योंकि तुम अल्लाह के प्रति झूठ बका करते थे और उसकी आयतों के मुक़ाबले में अकड़ते थे।'
English Sahih:
And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or says, "It has been inspired to me," while nothing has been inspired to him, and one who says, "I will reveal [something] like what Allah revealed." And if you could but see when the wrongdoers are in the overwhelming pangs of death while the angels extend their hands, [saying], "Discharge your souls! Today you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation for what you used to say against Allah other than the truth and [that] you were, toward His verses, being arrogant." ([6] Al-An'am : 93)

और उससे बढ़ कर ज़ालिम कौन होगा जो ख़ुदा पर झूठ (मूठ) इफ़तेरा करके कहे कि हमारे पास वही आयी है हालॉकि उसके पास वही वगैरह कुछ भी नही आयी या वह शख़्श दावा करे कि जैसा क़ुरान ख़ुदा ने नाज़िल किया है वैसा मै भी (अभी) अनक़रीब (जल्दी) नाज़िल किए देता हूँ और (ऐ रसूल) काश तुम देखते कि ये ज़ालिम मौत की सख्तियों में पड़ें हैं और फरिश्ते उनकी तरफ (जान निकाल लेने के वास्ते) हाथ लपका रहे हैं और कहते जाते हैं कि अपनी जानें निकालो आज ही तो तुम को रुसवाई के अज़ाब की सज़ा दी जाएगी क्योंकि तुम ख़ुदा पर नाहक़ (नाहक़) झूठ छोड़ा करते थे और उसकी आयतों को (सुनकर उन) से अकड़ा करते थे
