مَثَلُ الۡفَرِيۡقَيۡنِ كَالۡاَعۡمٰى وَالۡاَصَمِّ وَالۡبَـصِيۡرِ وَالسَّمِيۡعِ‌ ؕ هَلۡ يَسۡتَوِيٰنِ مَثَلًا‌ ؕ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوۡنَ(هود :24)

مَثَلُ

(The) example

ٱلْفَرِيقَيْنِ

(of) the two parties

كَٱلْأَعْمَىٰ

(is) like the blind

وَٱلْأَصَمِّ

and the deaf

وَٱلْبَصِيرِ

and the seer

وَٱلسَّمِيعِۚ

and the hearer

هَلْ

Are

يَسْتَوِيَانِ

they equal

مَثَلًاۚ

(in) comparison?

أَفَلَا

Then will not

تَذَكَّرُونَ

you take heed?

Mathalu alfareeqayni kaala'ma waalasammi waalbaseeri waalssamee'i hal yastawiyani mathalan afala tathakkaroona

The example of the two parties is like the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing. Are they equal in comparison? Then, will you not remember?
