وَالَّذِيۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا لَمۡ يُسۡرِفُوۡا وَلَمۡ يَقۡتُرُوۡا وَكَانَ بَيۡنَ ذٰلِكَ قَوَامًا‏(الفرقان :67)

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

إِذَآ

when

أَنفَقُوا۟

they spend

لَمْ

(are) not extravagant

يُسْرِفُوا۟

(are) not extravagant

وَلَمْ

and are not stingy

يَقْتُرُوا۟

and are not stingy

وَكَانَ

but are

بَيْنَ

between

ذَٰلِكَ

that

قَوَامًا

moderate

Waallatheena itha anfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalika qawaman

And [they are] those who, when they spend, do so not excessively or sparingly but are ever, between that, [justly] moderate
