۞ وَاِلٰى عَادٍ اَخَاهُمْ هُوْدًاۗ قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِّنْ اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهٗۗ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوْنَ ( الأعراف: ٦٥ )
wa-ilā ʿādin
وَإِلَىٰ عَادٍ
And to Aad
ആദിലേക്കും
akhāhum
أَخَاهُمْ
(We sent) their brother
അവരുടെ സഹോദരനെ
hūdan
هُودًاۗ
Hud
ഹൂദിനെ
qāla
قَالَ
He said
അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു
yāqawmi
يَٰقَوْمِ
"O my people!
എന്റെ ജനങ്ങളേ
uʿ'budū l-laha
ٱعْبُدُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ
Worship Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിനെ ആരാധിക്കുവിന്‍
mā lakum
مَا لَكُم
not for you
നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കില്ല
min ilāhin
مِّنْ إِلَٰهٍ
any god
ഒരു ആരാധ്യനും
ghayruhu
غَيْرُهُۥٓۚ
other than Him
അവനല്ലാതെ
afalā
أَفَلَا
Then will not
അപ്പോള്‍ (അതിനാല്‍) ഇല്ലേ, ആയിക്കൂടേ
tattaqūna
تَتَّقُونَ
you fear (Allah)?"
നിങ്ങള്‍ സൂക്ഷിക്കും.
Wa ilaa 'aadin akhaahum Hoodaa; qaala yaa qawmi' budul laaha maa lakum min ilaahin ghairuh; afalaa tattaqoon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:65)
English Sahih:
And to the Aad [We sent] their brother Hud. He said, "O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. Then will you not fear Him?" (Al-A'raf [7] : 65)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ആദ്‌സമുദായത്തിലേക്ക് നാം അവരുടെ സഹോദരനായ ഹൂദിനെ അയച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു: ''എന്റെ ജനമേ, നിങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിന് വഴിപ്പെടുക. അവനല്ലാതെ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ദൈവമില്ല. നിങ്ങള്‍ സൂക്ഷ്മതയുള്ളവരാവുന്നില്ലേ?'' (അല്‍അഅ്റാഫ് [7] : 65)
