وَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا اِلٰى رِجْسِهِمْ وَمَاتُوْا وَهُمْ كٰفِرُوْنَ ( التوبة: ١٢٥ )
wa-ammā alladhīna
وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ
But as for those
യാതൊരു കൂട്ടരാകട്ടെ
fī qulūbihim
فِى قُلُوبِهِم
in their hearts
അവരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളിലുണ്ട്‌
maraḍun
مَّرَضٌ
(is) a disease
ഒരു രോഗം, വല്ല രോഗവും
fazādathum
فَزَادَتْهُمْ
(it) increases them
എന്നാലവര്‍ക്കത്‌ വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചു, വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ്‌
rij'san
رِجْسًا
(in) evil
മ്ലേച്ഛത, മാലിന്യം
ilā rij'sihim
إِلَىٰ رِجْسِهِمْ
to their evil
അവരുടെ മ്ലേച്ഛതയിലൂടെ, മലിനതയിലേക്ക്‌
wamātū
وَمَاتُوا۟
And they die
അവര്‍ മരണപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്‌
wahum
وَهُمْ
while they
അവര്‍ (ആയിക്കൊണ്ട്‌)
kāfirūna
كَٰفِرُونَ
(are) disbelievers
അവിശ്വാസികള്‍
Wa ammal lazeena fee quloobihim maradun fazaadat hum rijsan ilaa rijsihim wa maatoo wa hum kaafiroon (at-Tawbah 9:125)
English Sahih:
But as for those in whose hearts is disease, it has [only] increased them in evil [in addition] to their evil. And they will have died while they are disbelievers. (At-Tawbah [9] : 125)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
എന്നാല്‍ ദീനം പിടിച്ച മനസ്സിന്റെ ഉടമകള്‍ക്ക് അത് തങ്ങളുടെ മാലിന്യത്തിലേക്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ മാലിന്യം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ക്കുകയാണുണ്ടായത്. അവര്‍ സത്യനിഷേധികളായിത്തന്നെ മരണമടയും. (അത്തൗബ [9] : 125)
