وَلَوْ اَنَّ قُرْاٰنًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ اَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْاَرْضُ اَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتٰىۗ بَلْ لِّلّٰهِ الْاَمْرُ جَمِيْعًاۗ اَفَلَمْ يَا۟يْـَٔسِ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اَنْ لَّوْ يَشَاۤءُ اللّٰهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيْعًاۗ وَلَا يَزَالُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا تُصِيْبُهُمْ بِمَا صَنَعُوْا قَارِعَةٌ اَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيْبًا مِّنْ دَارِهِمْ حَتّٰى يَأْتِيَ وَعْدُ اللّٰهِ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ الْمِيْعَادَ ࣖ   ( الرعد: ٣١ )

could be made to speak

by it

l-mawtā
ٱلْمَوْتَىٰۗ
the dead

Nay
不然
lillahi
لِّلَّهِ
with Allah

l-amru
ٱلْأَمْرُ
(is) the command
决定
jamīʿan
جَمِيعًاۗ
all
全部
afalam
أَفَلَمْ
Then do not

يَا۟يْـَٔسِ
know
他知道
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who

āmanū
ءَامَنُوٓا۟
believe
他们诚信

had willed
他意欲
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah

surely, He would have guided

all of the mankind?

وَلَا
And not

will cease

ٱلَّذِينَ

كَفَرُوا۟
disbelieve

tuṣībuhum
تُصِيبُهُم
to strike them

ṣanaʿū
صَنَعُوا۟
they did

qāriʿatun
قَارِعَةٌ
a disaster
一个灾难
aw
أَوْ

或者
taḥullu
تَحُلُّ
it settles
它遭受
qarīban
قَرِيبًا
close
附近
min
مِّن
from
dārihim
دَارِهِمْ
their homes
他们的|众屋
ḥattā
حَتَّىٰ

يَأْتِىَ

它来到
waʿdu
وَعْدُ
(the) promise
应许
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِۚ
(of) Allah
真主的

إِنَّ
Indeed
确实

يُخْلِفُ
fail
他破坏
l-mīʿāda
ٱلْمِيعَادَ
(in) the Promise

Wa law anna Quraanan suyyirat bihil jibaalu aw qutti'at bihil ardu aw kullima bihil mawtaa; bal lillaahil amru jamee'aa; afalam yai'asil lazeena aamanooo al law yashaaa 'ullaahu lahadan naasa jamee'aa; wa laa yazaalul lazeena kafaroo tuseebuhum bimaa sana'oo qaari'atun aw tahullu qareebam min daarihim hatta yaatiya wa'dul laah; innal laaha laa yukhliful mee'aad (ar-Raʿd 13:31)

English Sahih:

And if there was any Quran [i.e., recitation] by which the mountains would be removed or the earth would be broken apart or the dead would be made to speak, [it would be this Quran], but to Allah belongs the affair entirely. Then have those who believed not accepted that had Allah willed, He would have guided the people, all of them? And those who disbelieve do not cease to be struck, for what they have done, by calamity – or it will descend near their home – until there comes the promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah does not fail in [His] promise. (Ar-Ra'd [13] : 31)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

假若有一部《古兰经》,可用来移动山岳,或破裂大地,或使死人说话,(他们必不信它)。不然,一切事情只归安拉,难道信道的人们不知道吗?假若安拉意欲,他必引导全人类。不信道的人们还要因自己的行为而遭受灾殃,或他们住宅的附近遭受灾殃,直到安拉的应许到来。安拉确是不爽约的。 (雷霆 [13] : 31)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

先知啊!假如一部天启经典可以移动山岳,或使地面裂开,河水涌出,或使死人复活,那它一定是降示给你的这部《古兰经》。如果他们心存敬畏,《古兰经》就是明证,它具有极大的影响力。但是他们否认。降示奇迹的权力归于真主,难道信仰真主的人不知道,假如真主意欲,祂可以不用降示迹象就引导全人类,但是真主不意欲这样。那些否认真主的人还要因自己的行为而遭受灾殃,或在他们的住宅附近遭受灾殃。直到真主的应许到来,真主是不会爽约的。
