وَلَا يَأْتَلِ اُولُو الْفَضْلِ مِنْكُمْ وَالسَّعَةِ اَنْ يُّؤْتُوْٓا اُولِى الْقُرْبٰى وَالْمَسٰكِيْنَ وَالْمُهٰجِرِيْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۖوَلْيَعْفُوْا وَلْيَصْفَحُوْاۗ اَلَا تُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ يَّغْفِرَ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْ ۗوَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ( النور: ٢٢ )

يَأْتَلِ
let swear
他们发誓拒绝
ulū
أُو۟لُوا۟
those of virtue
那些
l-faḍli
ٱلْفَضْلِ
those of virtue
恩惠
minkum
مِنكُمْ
among you
你们|从
wal-saʿati
وَٱلسَّعَةِ
and the amplitude of means
财富|和
yu'tū
يُؤْتُوٓا۟
they give
他们给
ulī
أُو۟لِى
(to) the near of kin
亲戚
l-qur'bā
ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ
(to) the near of kin
亲戚
wal-masākīna
وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينَ
and the needy
贫民|和
wal-muhājirīna
وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ
and the emigrants
迁居者|和
sabīli
سَبِيلِ
(the) way
道路
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِۖ
(of) Allah
真主的
walyaʿfū
وَلْيَعْفُوا۟
And let them pardon
他们应恕饶|使|和
walyaṣfaḥū
وَلْيَصْفَحُوٓا۟ۗ
and let them overlook
他们应原谅|使|和
tuḥibbūna
تُحِبُّونَ
you like
你们喜爱
yaghfira
يَغْفِرَ
Allah should forgive
他恕饶
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah should forgive
真主
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
真主|和
ghafūrun
غَفُورٌ
(is) Oft-Forgiving
至赦的
raḥīmun
رَّحِيمٌ
Most Merciful
至慈的
Wa laa yaatali ulul fadli minkum wassa'ati ai yu'tooo ulil qurbaa walmasaakeena walmuhaajireena fee sabeelillaahi walya'foo walyasfahoo; alaa tuhibboona ai yaghfiral laahu lakum; wal laahu Ghafoorur Raheem (an-Nūr 24:22 )
English Sahih: And let not those of virtue among you and wealth swear not to give [aid] to their relatives and the needy and the emigrants for the cause of Allah, and let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (An-Nur [24] : 22 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
你们中有恩惠和财富者不可发誓（说）：永不周济亲戚、贫民及为主道而迁居者。他们应当恕饶，应当原谅。难道你们不愿安拉赦宥你们吗？安拉是至赦的，是至慈的。 (光明 [24] : 22 )
