اَفَغَيْرَ دِيْنِ اللّٰهِ يَبْغُوْنَ وَلَهٗ ٓ اَسْلَمَ مَنْ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَّكَرْهًا وَّاِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُوْنَ ( آل عمران: ٨٣ )
So is (it) other than
أَفَغَيْرَ
Tun sie anderes
(the) religion
دِينِ
(als die) Religion
(of) Allah
ٱللَّهِ
Allahs
they seek?
يَبْغُونَ
begehren,
While to Him
وَلَهُۥٓ
während ihm
(have) submitted
أَسْلَمَ
sich unterworfen hat,
whatever
مَن
wer
(is) in
فِى
in
the heavens
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
den Himmeln
and the earth
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
und der Erde (ist)
willingly
طَوْعًا
freiwillig
or unwillingly
وَكَرْهًا
oder widerwillig?
and towards Him
وَإِلَيْهِ
Und zu ihm
they will be returned
يُرْجَعُونَ
werden sie zurückgebracht.
'Afaghayra Dīni Allāhi Yabghūna Wa Lahu 'Aslama Man Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Ţaw`āan Wa Karhāan Wa 'Ilayhi Yurja`ūna. (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:83)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Begehren sie denn eine andere als Allahs Religion, wo sich Ihm doch (jeder) ergeben hat, der in den Himmeln und auf der Erde ist, freiwillig oder widerwillig? Und zu Ihm werden sie zurückgebracht. ([3] Al-i-IImran (Die Sippe Imrans) : 83)
English Sahih:
So is it other than the religion of Allah they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned? ([3] Ali 'Imran : 83)
