وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِنْدَ الْبَيْتِ اِلَّا مُكَاۤءً وَّتَصْدِيَةًۗ فَذُوْقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْفُرُوْنَ ( الأنفال: ٣٥ )
And not
وَمَا
Und nicht
was
كَانَ
ist
their prayer
صَلَاتُهُمْ
ihr Gebet
at
عِندَ
bei
the House
ٱلْبَيْتِ
dem Haus,
except
إِلَّا
außer
whistling
مُكَآءً
Pfeifen
and clapping
وَتَصْدِيَةًۚ
und Klatschen,
So taste
فَذُوقُوا۟
so kostet
the punishment
ٱلْعَذَابَ
die Strafe,
because
بِمَا
weil
you used to
كُنتُمْ
ihr wart
disbelieve
تَكْفُرُونَ
am unglauben begehen.
Wa Mā Kāna Şalātuhum `Inda Al-Bayti 'Illā Mukā'an Wa Taşdiyatan Fadhūqū Al-`Adhāba Bimā Kuntum Takfurūna. (al-ʾAnfāl 8:35)

Und ihr Gebet beim Haus ist nur Pfeifen und Klatschen. Kostet nun die Strafe dafür, daß ihr stets ungläubig wart. ([8] al-Anfal (Die Beute) : 35)
English Sahih:
And their prayer at the House [i.e., the Ka’bah] was not except whistling and handclapping. So taste the punishment for what you disbelieved [i.e., practiced of deviations]. ([8] Al-Anfal : 35)
