Maryam Verse 36

˹Jesus also declared,˺ “Surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him ˹alone˺. This is the Straight Path.”

[Jesus said], “Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path.”

Surely God is my Lord, and your Lord; So serve you Him. This is a straight path.

‘God is my Lord and your Lord, so serve Him: that is a straight path.’

And verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord; so worship Him; this is a way straight.

Verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord; Him therefore serve ye; this is a Way that is straight.

(Jesus had said): "Indeed Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so serve Him alone. This is the Straight Way."

(Jesus only said:) "Surely God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is the straight path."

And said Eisa, “Indeed Allah is my Lord and your Lord – therefore worship Him; this is the Straight Path.”

[And Jesus said,] ‘Indeed Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is a straight path.’

"Surely, God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path (to follow)."

(Jesus said), `Surely, Allâh is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (alone). This is the exact right path.´

And that God (is) my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him, that (is) a straight/direct road/way

And said Eisa, "Indeed Allah is my Lord and your Lord - therefore worship Him; this is the Straight Path."

And, lo! Allah is my Lord and your Lord (see John 20:17), so worship Him; this is the Straight Way

['Iesa (Jesus) said]: "And verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (Alone). That is the Straight Path. (Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism which He did ordain for all of His Prophets)." [Tafsir At-Tabari]

It beseems not Allah that He should take to Himself a son. Glory be to Him! when he decrees a matter He only says to it, Be, and it is.

And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him; this is the right path.

And lo! Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So serve Him. That is the right path.

(Baby Jesus said), "Worship God who is my Lord as well as yours. This is the straight path".

Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord therefore worship Him. That is the Straight Path.

[`Isa said]: "And verily, Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. That is the straight path."

God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him alone. That is the right path.

“God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path.”

And indeed God is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (read [the introductory particle] as anna, with an implicit [preceding] udhkur, `mention'; or read [it] as inna, with an implicit [preceding] qul, `say', [a reading] indicated by [the fact that God says elsewhere] `I only said to them that which You commanded me; "Worship God, my Lord and your Lord" ' [Q. 5;117]). This, that has been mentioned, is a straight path, a route leading to Paradise.

And verily, Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. That is the straight path.

Among those things which `Isa said to his people while he was in his cradle is that Allah was his Lord and their Lord, and he commanded them to worship Him alone. He said,
فَاعْبُدُوهُ هَذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ
(So worship Him. That is the straight path).

Meaning, "That which I have come to you with from Allah is the straight path."

This means that the path is correct; whoever follows it will be rightly guided and whoever opposes it will deviate and go astray.

Allah's statement

Allah is my Creator and your Creator", Isa continued, "He exacts obedience and submission from the whole and from all in all, and so worship him with appropriate acts and rites, for this is the path of righteousness leading directly to Him
