يٰقَوْمِ اِنَّمَا هٰذِهِ الْحَيٰوةُ الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ ۖوَّاِنَّ الْاٰخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ الْقَرَارِ ( غافر: ٣٩ )
yāqawmi
يَٰقَوْمِ
O my people!
innamā
إِنَّمَا
Only
hādhihi
هَٰذِهِ
this
l-ḥayatu
ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ
the life
l-dun'yā
ٱلدُّنْيَا
(of) the world
matāʿun
مَتَٰعٌ
(is) enjoyment
wa-inna
وَإِنَّ
and indeed
l-ākhirata
ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ
the Hereafter -
hiya
هِىَ
it
dāru
دَارُ
(is the) home
l-qarāri
ٱلْقَرَارِ
(of) settlement
Yaa qawmi innamaa haazihil hayaatud dunyaa mataa'unw wa innal Aakhirata hiya daarul qaraar (Ghāfir 40:39)
Sahih International:
O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter – that is the home of [permanent] settlement. (Ghafir [40] : 39)

O my people, this life of the world is only a (momentary) benefit, while the Hereafter is, indeed, the place of permanent living.
