يٰقَوْمِ اِنَّمَا هٰذِهِ الْحَيٰوةُ الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ ۖوَّاِنَّ الْاٰخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ الْقَرَارِ ( غافر: ٣٩ )
O my people!
يَٰقَوْمِ
O mein Volk,
Only
إِنَّمَا
nur
this
هَٰذِهِ
(ist) dieses
the life
ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ
Leben
(of) the world
ٱلدُّنْيَا
weltliche
(is) enjoyment
مَتَٰعٌ
Nießbrauch
and indeed
وَإِنَّ
und wahrlich,
the Hereafter -
ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ
das Jenseits
it
هِىَ
es (ist)
(is the) home
دَارُ
(die) Wohnstätte
(of) settlement
ٱلْقَرَارِ
des Aufenthalts.
Yā Qawmi 'Innamā Hadhihi Al-Ĥayā Atu Ad-Dunyā Matā`un Wa 'Inna Al-'Ākhirata Hiya Dāru Al-Qarāri. (Ghāfir 40:39)

English Sahih:
O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter – that is the home of [permanent] settlement. ([40] Ghafir : 39)
