وَلَا يَمْلِكُ الَّذِيْنَ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهِ الشَّفَاعَةَ اِلَّا مَنْ شَهِدَ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنَ  ( الزخرف: ٨٦ )

يَدْعُونَ
they invoke

besides Him
dūnihi
دُونِهِ
besides Him
l-shafāʿata
ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ
(for) the intercession
illā
إِلَّا
except
man
مَن
who
shahida
شَهِدَ
testifies
bil-ḥaqi
بِٱلْحَقِّ
to the truth
wahum
وَهُمْ
and they
yaʿlamūna
يَعْلَمُونَ
know

Wa laa yamlikul lazeena yad'oona min doonihish shafaa'ata illaa man shahida bilhaqqi wa hum ya'lamoon (az-Zukhruf 43:86)

Sahih International:

And those they invoke besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know. (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 86)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

And those whom they invoke besides Him have no power to intercede; but those who bear witness to the truth, while they have knowledge (may intercede for the believers with Allah’s permission).
