Al-Waqi'ah Verse 22

And ˹they will have˺ maidens with gorgeous eyes,

And [they will have] maidens of wide gorgeous eyes,

and wide-eyed houris

and beautiful companions

And there will be fair ones large eyed.

And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,-

and there shall be wide-eyed maidens,

And companions with big beautiful eyes

And gorgeous eyed fair maidens.

and big-eyed houris

And (there will be) pure maidens, most beautiful of eye,

And (there will be present) fair houris with lovely large eyes.

And eyes with intense blackness of pupils and whiteness (beautifully contrasted)

And gorgeous eyed fair maidens.

And pure, beautiful companions

And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious),

And flesh of fowl that they desire,

And pure, beautiful ones,

And (there are) fair ones with wide, lovely eyes,

They will have maidens with large, lovely black and white eyes,

And wideeyed houris

And (there will be) Hur with wide lovely eyes.

and fair maidens with large, lustrous eyes

And lovely companions.

and houris, maidens with intensely black eyes [set] against the whiteness [of their irises], with wide eyes (`n; the `ayn here is inflected with a kasra instead of a damma because it [the kasra] better harmonises with the y'; the singular is `ayn', similar [in pattern] to hamr'; a variant reading [for wa-hrun `n] has the genitive case wa-hrin `n)

And (there will be) Hur with wide lovely eyes.

كَأَمْثَالِ اللُّوْلُوِ الْمَكْنُونِ

They will be accompanied by beauties whose eyes radiate splendour that no one could have conceived
