ۨالَّذِيْنَ يَبْخَلُوْنَ وَيَأْمُرُوْنَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ ۗوَمَنْ يَّتَوَلَّ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ   ( الحديد: ٢٤ )

alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
Those who
yabkhalūna
يَبْخَلُونَ
are stingy
wayamurūna
وَيَأْمُرُونَ
and enjoin
l-nāsa
ٱلنَّاسَ
(on) the people
bil-bukh'li
بِٱلْبُخْلِۗ
stinginess
waman
وَمَن
And whoever
yatawalla
يَتَوَلَّ
turns away
fa-inna
فَإِنَّ
then indeed
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
huwa
هُوَ
He
l-ghaniyu
ٱلْغَنِىُّ
(is) Free of need
l-ḥamīdu
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy

Allazeeena yabkhaloona wa yaamuroonan naasa bil bukhl; wa many yatawalla fa innal laaha Huwal Ghaniyyul Hameed (al-Ḥadīd 57:24)

Sahih International:

[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away – then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. (Al-Hadid [57] : 24)

-those who are miserly and bid others to be miserly. And whoever turns away, then Allah is the All-Independent, the Ever-Praised.
