اِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ اَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ ضَلَّ عَنْ سَبِيْلِهٖۖ وَهُوَ اَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِيْنَ   ( القلم: ٧ )

bil-muh'tadīna
بِٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ
of the guided ones

Innaa Rabbaka Huwa a'lamu biman dalla 'an sabeelihee wa Huwa a'lamu bilmuhtadeen (al-Q̈alam 68:7)

Sahih International:

Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has gone astray from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. (Al-Qalam [68] : 7)

Surely your Lord knows best who has strayed from his way, and He is well aware of those who are on the right path.
