At-Takwir Verse 10

and when the records ˹of deeds˺ are laid open,

and when records of deeds are spread open,

when the scrolls shall be unrolled,

when the records of deeds are spread open,

And when the Writs shall be lain open,

When the scrolls are laid open;

and when the scrolls of (men's) deeds shall be unfolded,

When the ledgers are laid open,

And when the Records of Account are laid bare.

When the records [of deeds] are unfolded,

And when the scrolls (of the deeds of every person) are laid open;

And when books and papers will be spread abroad,

And when/if the written pages (scriptures) were spread/publicized .

And when the Records of Account are laid bare.

And when the Record Books are spread open,

And when the written pages of deeds (good and bad) of every person shall be laid open;

And when the heaven has its covering removed,

And when the books are spread,

And when the pages are laid open,

the records of deeds are made public,

when the scrolls are unrolled,

And when the pages are laid open.

when the records of men's deeds are laid open,

When the records are made public.

and when the scrolls, the scrolls containing the deeds, are unrolled (read nushirat or nushshirat), [when they are] unfolded and spread out;

And when the pages are laid open.

Ad-Dahhak said,

"Every person will be given his paper in his right hand or in his left hand."

Qatadah said,

"O Son of Adam!

It (your paper) is written in, then it is rolled up, then it will be distributed to you on the Day of Judgement. So let each man look at what he himself dictated to be written in his paper."
Removing the Heavens, Kindling Hellfire, and Paradise Being Brought Near

Allah says,

وَإِذَا السَّمَاء كُشِطَتْ
