۞ وَمَنْ يُّهَاجِرْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ يَجِدْ فِى الْاَرْضِ مُرَاغَمًا كَثِيْرًا وَّسَعَةً ۗوَمَنْ يَّخْرُجْ مِنْۢ بَيْتِهٖ مُهَاجِرًا اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖ ثُمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ الْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ اَجْرُهٗ عَلَى اللّٰهِ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا ࣖ ( النساء: ١٠٠ )
Wa mai yuhaajir fee sabeelil laahi yajid fil ardi mmuraaghaman kaseeranw wa sa'ah; wa mai yakhruj mim baitihee muhaajiran ilal laahi wa Rasoolihee summa yudrikhul mawtu faqad waqa'a ajruhoo 'alal laah; wa kaanal laahu Ghafoorar Raheemaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:100)
English Sahih:
And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many [alternative] locations and abundance. And whoever leaves his home as an emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him – his reward has already become incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. (An-Nisa [4] : 100)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et quiconque émigre dans le sentier d'Allah trouvera sur terre maints refuges et abondance. Et quiconque sort de sa maison, émigrant vers Allah et Son messager, et que la mort atteint, sa récompense incombe à Allah. Et Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux. (An-Nisa' [4] : 100)

Celui qui migre vers la terre d’Islam en recherchant l’agrément d’Allah trouvera sur Terre de nombreux lieux où se réfugier autres que son pays. Il recouvrera sa dignité et jouira d’une subsistance abondante.
S’il quitte sa maison dans ce but et meurt en chemin, sa récompense est pleinement méritée auprès d’Allah et le fait qu’il ne soit pas arrivé à destination ne la diminue en rien.
Allah pardonne à Ses serviteurs qui se repentent et se montre miséricordieux avec eux.
