Az-Zuhruf Ayah 89

فَاصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلٰمٌۗ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُوْنَ ࣖ  ( الزخرف: ٨٩ )

fa-iṣ'faḥ
فَٱصْفَحْ
So turn away
Ignore donc le mal qui t’a été fait
ʿanhum
عَنْهُمْ
from them
par eux
waqul
وَقُلْ
and say
et dis :
salāmun
سَلَٰمٌۚ
"Peace"
« Paix. »
fasawfa
فَسَوْفَ
But soon
Et ensuite bientôt
yaʿlamūna
يَعْلَمُونَ
they will know
ils sauront.

Fasfah 'anhum wa qul salaam; fasawfa ya'lamoon (az-Zukhruf 43:89)

English Sahih:

So turn aside from them and say, "Peace." But they are going to know. (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 89)

Muhammad Hamidullah:

Et bien, éloigne-toi d'eux (pardonne-leur); et dis: «Salut!» Car ils sauront bientôt. (Az-Zuhruf [43] : 89)

Eloigne-toi donc d’eux et parle-leur de manière à te prémunir de leur mal – ceci eut lieu à la Mecque – car ils sauront bientôt quel sera leur châtiment.
