فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاۤءُ وَالْاَرْضُۗ وَمَا كَانُوْا مُنْظَرِيْنَ ࣖ ( الدخان: ٢٩ )

عَلَيْهِمُ
for them

l-samāu
ٱلسَّمَآءُ
the heaven

wal-arḍu
وَٱلْأَرْضُ
and the earth
et la terre

وَمَا
and not
et ne pas
kānū
كَانُوا۟
they were
ils étaient
munẓarīna
مُنظَرِينَ
given respite
des gens qui reçoivent un délai.
Famaa bakat 'alaihimus samaaa'u wal ardu wa maa kaanoo munzareen (ad-Dukhān 44:29)
English Sahih:
And the heaven and earth wept not for them, nor were they reprieved. (Ad-Dukhan [44] : 29)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Ni le ciel ni la terre ne les pleurèrent et ils n'eurent aucun délai. (Ad-Duhan [44] : 29)
