كَمَثَلِ الشَّيْطٰنِ اِذْ قَالَ لِلْاِنْسَانِ اكْفُرْۚ فَلَمَّا كَفَرَ قَالَ اِنِّيْ بَرِيْۤءٌ مِّنْكَ اِنِّيْٓ اَخَافُ اللّٰهَ رَبَّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ( الحشر: ١٦ )
Kamasalish shaitaani izqaala lil insaanik fur falammaa kafara qaala innee bareee'um minka inneee akhaaful laaha rabbal 'aalameen (al-Ḥašr 59:16)
English Sahih:
[The hypocrites are] like the example of Satan when he says to man, "Disbelieve." But when he disbelieves, he says, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I fear Allah, Lord of the worlds." (Al-Hashr [59] : 16)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
ils sont semblables au Diable quand il dit à l'homme: «Sois incrédule». Puis quand il a mécru, il dit: «Je te désavoue car je redoute Allah, le Seigneur de l'Univers». (Al-Hachr [59] : 16)

Lorsqu’ils écoutent les hypocrites, ils sont tels Satan quand il embellit la mécréance à l’être humain puis lorsque celui-ci mécroit, il lui dit: Je suis innocent de ta mécréance car je redoute Allah, le Seigneur des créatures.
