يَوْمَ يَقُوْمُ الرُّوْحُ وَالْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةُ صَفًّاۙ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُوْنَ اِلَّا مَنْ اَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا ( النبإ: ٣٨ )
(The) Day
يَوْمَ
जिस दिन
will stand
يَقُومُ
खड़े होंगे
the Spirit
ٱلرُّوحُ
रूहुल अमीन
and the Angels
وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
और फ़रिश्ते
(in) rows
صَفًّاۖ
सफ़ दर सफ़
not
لَّا
ना वो कलाम कर सकेंगे
they will speak
يَتَكَلَّمُونَ
ना वो कलाम कर सकेंगे
except
إِلَّا
मगर
(one) who -
مَنْ
वो जो
permits
أَذِنَ
इजाज़त दे
[for] him
لَهُ
उसको
the Most Gracious
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ
रहमान
and he (will) say
وَقَالَ
और वो कहे
(what is) correct
صَوَابًا
बात दुरुस्त
Yawma yaqoomu alrroohu waalmalaikatu saffan la yatakallamoona illa man athina lahu alrrahmanu waqala sawaban (an-Nabaʾ 78:38)

जिस दिन रूह और फ़रिश्ते पक्तिबद्ध खड़े होंगे, वे बोलेंगे नहीं, सिवाय उस व्यक्ति के जिसे रहमान अनुमति दे और जो ठीक बात कहे
English Sahih:
The Day that the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct. ([78] An-Naba : 38)
