Surah [57] Al-Hadid : 24

اۨلَّذِيۡنَ يَبۡخَلُوۡنَ وَيَاۡمُرُوۡنَ النَّاسَ بِالۡبُخۡلِ‌ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّتَوَلَّ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الۡغَنِىُّ الۡحَمِيۡدُ(الحديد :24)

ٱلَّذِينَ
Those who
يَبْخَلُونَ
are stingy
وَيَأْمُرُونَ
and enjoin
ٱلنَّاسَ
(on) the people
بِٱلْبُخْلِۗ
stinginess
وَمَن
And whoever
يَتَوَلَّ
turns away
فَإِنَّ
then indeed
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
هُوَ
He
ٱلْغَنِىُّ
(is) Free of need
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy

Allatheena yabkhaloona wayamuroona alnnasa bialbukhli waman yatawalla fainna Allaha huwa alghaniyyu alhameedu

Sahih International:

[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.
