لَهٗ مَقَالِيْدُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚاِنَّهٗ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ ( الشورى: ١٢ )
Lahoo maqaaleedus samaawaati wal ardi yabsutur rizqa limany yashaaa'u wa yaqdir; innahoo bikulli shai'unw wa Huwas Samee'ul Baseer (aš-Šūrā 42:12)
English Sahih:
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is, of all things, Knowing. (Ash-Shuraa [42] : 12)

ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ താക്കോലുകള് അവന്റെ അധീനതയിലാണ്. അവനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അളവറ്റ വിഭവങ്ങള് നല്കുന്നു. അവനിച്ഛിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് അതില് കുറവ് വരുത്തുന്നു. അവന് സകല സംഗതികളും നന്നായറിയുന്നവനാണ്. (അശ്ശൂറാ [42] : 12)

ആകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെയും താക്കോലുകള് അവന്റെ അധീനത്തിലാകുന്നു. അവന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക് ഉപജീവനം അവന് വിശാലമാക്കുന്നു. (മറ്റുള്ളവര്ക്ക്) അവന് അത് ഇടുങ്ങിയതാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അവന് ഏത് കാര്യത്തെപ്പറ്റിയും അറിവുള്ളവനാകുന്നു.
