كَيْفَ وَاِنْ يَّظْهَرُوْا عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوْا فِيْكُمْ اِلًّا وَّلَا ذِمَّةً ۗيُرْضُوْنَكُمْ بِاَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتَأْبٰى قُلُوْبُهُمْۚ وَاَكْثَرُهُمْ فٰسِقُوْنَۚ ( التوبة: ٨ )
Kaifa wa iny-yazharoo 'alaikum laa yarquboo feekum illanw wa laa zimmah; yurdoo nakum biafwaahihim wa taabaa quloobuhum wa aksaruhum faasiqoon (at-Tawbah 9:8)
English Sahih:
How [can there be a treaty] while, if they gain dominance over you, they do not observe concerning you any pact of kinship or covenant of protection? They satisfy you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse [compliance], and most of them are defiantly disobedient. (At-Tawbah [9] : 8)

അതെങ്ങനെ നിലനില്ക്കാനാണ്? അവര്ക്ക് നിങ്ങളെ കീഴ്പെടുത്താന് സാധിച്ചാല് നിങ്ങളുമായുള്ള കുടുംബബന്ധമോ സന്ധിവ്യവസ്ഥകളോ ഒന്നും അവര് പരിഗണിക്കുകയില്ല. വാക്കുകള് കൊണ്ട് അവര് നിങ്ങളെ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തും. എന്നാല് അവരുടെ മനസ്സുകളത് നിരാകരിക്കും. അവരിലേറെപ്പേരും അധാര്മികരാണ്. (അത്തൗബ [9] : 8)

അതെങ്ങനെ (നിലനില്ക്കും?) നിങ്ങളുടെ മേല് അവര് വിജയം നേടുന്ന പക്ഷം നിങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് കുടുംബബന്ധമോ ഉടമ്പടിയോ അവര് പരിഗണിക്കുകയില്ല. അവരുടെ വായ്കൊണ്ട് അവര് നിങ്ങളെ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തും. അവരുടെ മനസ്സുകള് വെറുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. അവരില് അധികപേരും ധിക്കാരികളാകുന്നു.
