اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَوْ اَنَّ لَهُمْ مَّا فِى الْاَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا وَّمِثْلَهٗ مَعَهٗ لِيَفْتَدُوْا بِهٖ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ مَا تُقُبِّلَ مِنْهُمْ ۚ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ ( المائدة: ٣٦ )
Innal lazeena kafaroo law anna lahum maa fil ardi jamee'anw wa mislahoo ma'ahoo liyaftadoo bihee min 'azaabi Yawmil Qiyaamati maa tuqubbila minhum wa lahum azaabun aleem (al-Māʾidah 5:36)

நிச்சயமாக நிராகரிப்பவர்களுக்கு இப்பூமியில் உள்ள அனைத்தும், அத்துடன் அதைப்போன்ற ஒரு பாகமும் (சொந்தமாக) இருந்து, அவர்கள் இவை யாவையும் (தாம்) மறுமை நாளில் படும் வேதனைக்குப் பிரதியாகக் கொடுத்தாலும் அவர் களிடமிருந்து (அது) அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது. பின்னும் அவர் களுக்குத் துன்புறுத்தும் வேதனையே கிடைக்கும்.
English Sahih:
Indeed, those who disbelieve – if they should have all that is in the earth and the like of it with it by which to ransom themselves from the punishment of the Day of Resurrection, it will not be accepted from them, and for them is a painful punishment. ([5] Al-Ma'idah : 36)

நிச்சயமாக, நிராகரிப்போர்கள் - அவர்களிடம் இப்பூமியிலுள்ள அனைத்தும், இன்னும் அதனுடன் அது போன்றதும் இருந்து, அவற்றை, மறுமையின் வேதனைக்குப் பகரமாக அவர்கள் இழப்பீடாகக் கொடுத்தாலும், அவர்களிடமிருந்து அவை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டா; மேலும் அவர்களுக்கு நோவினை செய்யும் வேதனை உண்டு.
