هٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَّمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِيْنَ ( آل عمران: ١٣٨ )

lil'muttaqīna
لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
for the God-fearing
众敬畏者|为
Haazaa bayaanul linnaasi wa hudanw wa maw'izatul lilmuttaqeen (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:138)
English Sahih:
This [Quran] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 138)
