ۨاسْتِكْبَارًا فِى الْاَرْضِ وَمَكْرَ السَّيِّئِۗ وَلَا يَحِيْقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ اِلَّا بِاَهْلِهٖ ۗفَهَلْ يَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَّا سُنَّتَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَۚ فَلَنْ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللّٰهِ تَبْدِيْلًا ەۚ وَلَنْ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّتِ اللّٰهِ تَحْوِيْلًا ( فاطر: ٤٣ )
is'tik'bāran
ٱسْتِكْبَارًا
(Due to) arrogance
自大
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the land
大地
wamakra
وَمَكْرَ
and plotting
图谋|和
l-sayi-i
ٱلسَّيِّئِۚ
(of) the evil;
恶的
yaḥīqu
يَحِيقُ
encompasses
它困住
l-makru
ٱلْمَكْرُ
the plot
图谋
l-sayi-u
ٱلسَّيِّئُ
(of) the evil
恶的
bi-ahlihi
بِأَهْلِهِۦۚ
its own people
它的|做者|在
fahal
فَهَلْ
Then do
吗？|然后
yanẓurūna
يَنظُرُونَ
they wait
你们等待
sunnata
سُنَّتَ
(the) way
常道
l-awalīna
ٱلْأَوَّلِينَۚ
(of) the former (people)?
古人的
falan
فَلَن
But never
绝不|因此
tajida
تَجِدَ
you will find
你发现
lisunnati
لِسُنَّتِ
in (the) way
常道|为
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
真主的
tabdīlan
تَبْدِيلًاۖ
any change
任何变迁
walan
وَلَن
and never
绝不|和
tajida
تَجِدَ
you will find
你发现
lisunnati
لِسُنَّتِ
in (the) way
常道|为
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
真主的
taḥwīlan
تَحْوِيلًا
any alteration
任何变革
Istakbaaran fil ardi wa makras sayyi'; wa laa yaheequl makrus sayyi'u illaa bi ahlih; fahal yanzuroona illaa sunnatal awwaleen; falan tajida lisunnatil laahi tabdeelanw wa lan tajida lisunnatil laahi tahweela (Fāṭir 35:43 )
English Sahih: [Due to] arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way [i.e., fate] of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way [i.e., established method] of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration. (Fatir [35] : 43 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
在地方上更加自大，更加图谋不轨。阴谋只困其创作者，他们除了等待古人所遭受的常道外，还能等待什么呢？对于安拉的常道，你绝不能发现任何变更；对于安拉的常道，你不能发现任何变迁。 (创造者 [35] : 43 )

1 Mokhtasar Chinese他们以真主之名所发的誓言，不是出自善意和纯真目的，而是为了在大地上自大和欺骗人们。恶意的谋划只困其策划者，除真主永恒的常道外，这些自大者还能等待什么？那常道，即毁灭他们犹如毁灭他们的前人一样。对于常道，你绝不会发现有任何变更；对于常道，之于其他人也不会变更，因为那是真主规定的常道。
