وَيَقُوْلُ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَتْ سُوْرَةٌ ۚفَاِذَآ اُنْزِلَتْ سُوْرَةٌ مُّحْكَمَةٌ وَّذُكِرَ فِيْهَا الْقِتَالُ ۙرَاَيْتَ الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ مَّرَضٌ يَّنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَيْكَ نَظَرَ الْمَغْشِيِّ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَوْتِۗ فَاَوْلٰى لَهُمْۚ ( محمد: ٢٠ )
wayaqūlu
وَيَقُولُ
And say

alladhīna

"Why not

nuzzilat

alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who

qulūbihim
قُلُوبِهِم
their hearts

maraḍun
مَّرَضٌ
(is) a disease
一个疾病
yanẓurūna
يَنظُرُونَ
looking
他们看
ilayka
إِلَيْكَ
at you

l-maghshiyi
ٱلْمَغْشِىِّ
(of) one fainting
一个昏晕的
ʿalayhi
عَلَيْهِ
(of) one fainting

l-mawti
ٱلْمَوْتِۖ
the death
死亡
fa-awlā
فَأَوْلَىٰ
But more appropriate
更相宜|但是
lahum
لَهُمْ
for them
他们|对
Wa yaqoolul lazeena aamanoo law laa nuzzilat Sooratun fa izaaa unzilat Sooratum Muhkamatunw wa zukira feehal qitaalu ra aytal lazeena fee quloobihim maraduny yanzuroona ilaika nazaral maghshiyyi 'alaihi minal mawti fa'awlaa lahum (Muḥammad 47:20 )
English Sahih: Those who believe say, "Why has a Surah not been sent down?" But when a precise Surah is revealed and battle is mentioned therein, you see those in whose hearts is disease [i.e., hypocrisy] looking at you with a look of one overcome by death. And more appropriate for them [would have been] (Muhammad [47] : 20 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
信道的人们说：“怎么不降示一章经呢？”当明确的一章经文降下，而其中提及战争的时候，你会看到心中有病的人们将像临死时昏晕的人那样瞪着眼看你。伤哉他们！ (穆罕默德 [47] : 20 )

1 Mokhtasar Chinese信道者期望真主下降一章关于战斗判决经文，说：“真主为何不下降一章提及战斗的经文呢？”使者啊！如果真主下降一章经文，其明确阐述战斗的判决，你必看到心存疑惑的伪信者，像濒死时因极度恐惧而昏晕之人那样瞪眼望着你。由于他们回避和恐惧战斗，真主警告他们，他们的惩罚近在咫尺。
