اِنَّمَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَارْتَابَتْ قُلُوْبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِيْ رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُوْنَ ( التوبة: ٤٥ )
innamā
إِنَّمَا

yastadhinuka
يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ
ask your leave

and (are in) doubts

their hearts
他们的|众心
fahum
فَهُمْ
so they
他们|因此

raybihim
رَيْبِهِمْ
their doubts

yataraddadūna
يَتَرَدَّدُونَ
they waver
他们犹豫
Innamaa yastaazinukal lazeena laa yu'minoona billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri wartaabat quloobuhum fahum fee raibihim yataraddadoon (at-Tawbah 9:45)
English Sahih:
Only those would ask permission of you who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and whose hearts have doubted, and they, in their doubt, are hesitating. (At-Tawbah [9] : 45)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
只有不信安拉和末日，而且心中怀疑的人才向你请假，他们在自己的怀疑中犹豫不决 (忏悔 [9] : 45)
