اَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا اِلٰى مَا خَلَقَ اللّٰهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ يَّتَفَيَّؤُا ظِلٰلُهٗ عَنِ الْيَمِيْنِ وَالشَّمَاۤىِٕلِ سُجَّدًا لِّلّٰهِ وَهُمْ دَاخِرُوْنَ ( النحل: ٤٨ )
Have not
أَوَلَمْ
Haben nicht
they seen
يَرَوْا۟
sie gesehen
[towards]
إِلَىٰ
auf
what
مَا
was
Allah has created
خَلَقَ
erschuf
Allah has created
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
from
مِن
von
a thing?
شَىْءٍ
etwas,
Incline
يَتَفَيَّؤُا۟
es wenden sich
their shadows
ظِلَٰلُهُۥ
ihre Schatten
to
عَنِ
von
the right
ٱلْيَمِينِ
rechts
and to the left
وَٱلشَّمَآئِلِ
und links,
prostrating
سُجَّدًا
niederwerfend
to Allah
لِّلَّهِ
vor Allah,
while they
وَهُمْ
während sie
(are) humble?
دَٰخِرُونَ
(sind) Demütige?
'Awalam Yaraw 'Ilaá Mā Khalaqa Allāhu Min Shay'in Yatafayya'u Žilāluhu `Ani Al-Yamīni Wa Ash-Shamā'ili Sujjadāan Lillāhi Wa Hum Dākhirūna. (an-Naḥl 16:48)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Haben sie nicht auf (all) die Dinge gesehen, die Allah erschaffen hat, wie sich ihre Schatten nach rechts und links wenden, indem sie sich demütigend vor Allah niederwerfen? ([16] an-Nahl (Die Bienen) : 48)
English Sahih:
Have they not considered what things Allah has created? Their shadows incline to the right and to the left, prostrating to Allah, while they [i.e., those creations] are humble. ([16] An-Nahl : 48)
