اَسْكِنُوْهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنْتُمْ مِّنْ وُّجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَاۤرُّوْهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّۗ وَاِنْ كُنَّ اُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَاَنْفِقُوْا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتّٰى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّۚ فَاِنْ اَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَاٰتُوْهُنَّ اُجُوْرَهُنَّۚ وَأْتَمِرُوْا بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوْفٍۚ وَاِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهٗٓ اُخْرٰىۗ ( الطلاق: ٦ )
'Askinūhunna Min Ĥaythu Sakantum Min Wujdikum Wa Lā Tuđārrūhunna Lituđayyiqū `Alayhinna Wa 'In Kunna 'Ūlāti Ĥamlin Fa'anfiqū `Alayhinna Ĥattaá Yađa`na Ĥamlahunna Fa'in 'Arđa`na Lakum Fa'ātūhunna 'Ujūrahunna Wa 'Tamirū Baynakum Bima`rūfin Wa 'In Ta`āsartum Fasaturđi`u Lahu 'Ukhraá. (aṭ-Ṭalāq̈ 65:6)

Laßt sie dort wohnen, wo ihr (selbst) wohnt, von dem, was ihr euch leisten könnt. Und fügt ihnen keinen Schaden zu, um sie in die Enge zu treiben. Und wenn sie schwanger sind, dann gebt für sie (das Nötige) aus, bis sie mit dem niederkommen, was sie (in ihren Leibern) tragen. Wenn sie für euch (das Kind) stillen, dann gebt ihnen ihren Lohn, und beratet untereinander (darüber) in rechtlicher Weise. Wenn ihr aber einander Schwierigkeiten bereitet, dann wird (das Kind) für ihn eine andere stillen. ([65] at-Talaq (Die Scheidung) : 6)
English Sahih:
Lodge them [in a section] of where you dwell out of your means and do not harm them in order to oppress them. And if they should be pregnant, then spend on them until they give birth. And if they breastfeed for you, then give them their payment and confer among yourselves in the acceptable way; but if you are in discord, then there may breastfeed for him [i.e., the father] another woman. ([65] At-Talaq : 6)
