Al-Hajj Verse 70

Do you not know that Allah ˹fully˺ knows whatever is in the heavens and the earth? Surely it is all ˹written˺ in a Record. That is certainly easy for Allah.

Do you not know that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and on earth? That is all [written] in a Record. This is indeed easy for Allah.

Didst thou not know that God knows all that is in heaven and earth? Surely that is in a Book; surely that for God is an easy matter.

Are you [Prophet] not aware that God knows all that is in the heavens and earth? All this is written in a Record; this is easy for God.

Knowest thou of that Allah knoweth whatsoever is in the heaven and the earth? Verily that is in a Book; verily that is for Allah easy.

Knowest thou not that Allah knows all that is in heaven and on earth? Indeed it is all in a Record, and that is easy for Allah.

Are you not aware that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and the earth? Surely it is all preserved in a Book. Indeed that is easy with Allah.

Do you not know that God knows whatever is in the heavens and the earth? This is surely in accordance with the law. This is certainly how (the law of) God works inevitably.

Did you not realise that Allah knows all that is in the heavens and in the earth? Indeed all this is in a Book; indeed this is easy for Allah.

Do you not know that Allah knows whatever there is in the heaven and the earth? All that is in a Book. That is indeed easy for Allah.’

Do you not know that surely God knows whatever there is in the heavens and on the earth (including whatever takes place in them). They are all recorded in a Book. This (keeping the record of them all) is indeed easy for God.

`Do you not know that Allâh knows whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth? Surely, this is (all recorded) in a Book (of laws) and, indeed, it is easy for Allâh (to bind them to a law).´

Do you not know that God knows what (is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth? That truly that (is) in a Book , that truly that (is) on God easy/little .

Did you not realise that Allah knows all that is in the heavens and in the earth? Indeed all this is in a Book; indeed this is easy for Allah.

"Allah shall judge between you on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein you differ.

Know you not that Allah knows all that is in heaven and on earth? Verily, it is (all) in the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). Verily! That is easy for Allah.

Allah will judge between you on the day of Resurrection respecting that in which you differ.

Do you not know that Allah knows what is in the heaven and the earth? Surely this is in a book; surely this is easy to Allah.

Hast thou not known that Allah knoweth all that is in the heaven and the earth? Lo! it is in a record. Lo! that is easy for Allah.

Do you not know that God knows all that is in the heavens and the earth? His decree is already recorded in the Book and issuing such a Judgment is not difficult for Him at all.

Are you not aware that Allah has knowledge of what is in the heaven and earth? This is (recorded) in a Book. That is easy for Allah.

Know you not that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and on the earth Verily, it is (all) in the Book. Verily, that is easy for Allah.

Do you not know that God has knowledge of what the heavens and the earth contain? All is recorded in a Book; all this is easy for God.

Do you not know that God knows everything in the heavens and the earth? This is in a book. That is easy for God.

Do you not know (the interrogative here is meant as an affirmative) that God knows all that is in the heaven and the earth? Truly that, which has been mentioned, is [recorded] in a Book, namely, the Preserved Tablet (al-lawh al-mahfz). Indeed that, namely, the knowledge of what has been mentioned, is easy for God.

Allah tells us how perfect is His knowledge of His creation, and that He encompasses all that is in the heavens and on earth

Allah says;

أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاء وَالاَْرْضِ

Know you not that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and on the earth!

Not even the weight of a speck of dust, or less than that or greater escapes His knowledge in the heavens or in the earth. He knows all things even before they happen, and He has written that in His Book, Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz, as was reported in Sahih Muslim from Abdullah bin `Amr, who said,

"The Messenger of Allah said;

إِنَّ اللهَ قَدَّرَ مَقَادِيرَ الْخَلَيِقِ قَبْلَ خَلْقِ السَّموَاتِ وَالاَْرْضِ بِخَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاء

Allah issued His decrees concerning the measurement and due proportion of the creatures fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth, and His Throne was over the water.

In the Sunan, it was reported from a group of the Companions that the Messenger of Allah said;

أَوَّلُ مَا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْقَلَمُ قَالَ لَهُ اكْتُبْ

قَالَ وَ مَا أَكْتُبُ

قَالَ اكْتُبْ مَا هُوَ كَايِنٌ

فَجَرَى الْقَلَمُ بِمَا هُوَ كَايِنٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَة

The first thing that Allah created was the Pen. He said to it, "Write!"

It said, "What should I write?"

He said, "Write what will happen,"

so the Pen wrote everything that will happen until the Day of Resurrection.

Allah says;

إِنَّ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابٍ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ



Verily, it is (all) in the Book. Verily, that is easy for Allah.
