biāyātinā
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
in Our Signs
fahum
فَهُم
so they
mus'limūna
مُّسْلِمُونَ
(are) Muslims.

Wa maaa anta bihaadil 'umyi 'an dalaalatihim in tusmi'u illaa mai yu'minu bi aayaatinaa fahum muslimoon

Sahih International:

And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah].

Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender.

And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims.

And you cannot guide the blind (as well) out of their error. You can make only those to hear who believe in Our Messages and so have surrendered themselves in submission (to Our will).

And you are not (capable) with guiding the blind/confused from their misguidance, that truly you make (to) hear/listen except who believes with Our verses/evidence/signs, so they are Moslems/submitters .

And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims.

Nor can you guide the blind out of their straying. You can make no one listen, except those who believe in Our verses; for they are Muslims.

23 Tafsir jalalayn

nor can you lead the blind out of their error. You can only make those hear -- hear so as to comprehend and accept -- who believe in Our signs -- the Qur'n -- and have therefore submitted, [are therefore] sincere in their affirmation of God's Oneness.

24 Tafseer Ibn Kathir

nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs. Nor can you lead the blind out of their error. You can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat, so they submit (became Muslims).

meaning, those who have hearing and insight will respond to you, those whose hearing and sight are of benefit to their hearts and who are humble towards Allah and to the Message that comes to them through the mouths of the Messengers, may peace be upon them
