10 Amatul Rahman Omar

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allâh, and those who choose disbelief fight in the cause of the transgressor; fight you, therefore, against the friends of satan, surely, the stratagem of satan is ever weak.

11 English Literal

12 Faridul Haque

The believers fight for Allah’s cause; and the disbelievers fight for the devil’s cause - so fight against the friends of the devil; undoubtedly the devil’s conspiracy is weak.

13 Hamid S. Aziz

"Wherever you be, death will overtake you, though you were in lofty towers." And if a good thing befalls them, they say, "This is from Allah," but if a bad thing, they say, "This is from you (Muhammad)." Say (unto them), "It is all from Allah." What ails these people? They can hardly understand an event.

16 Mohammad Habib Shakir

الَّذِينَ امَنُواْ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ الطَّاغُوتِ
