وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا مُوْسٰى بِاٰيٰتِنَآ اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَا۟ىِٕهٖ فَقَالَ اِنِّيْ رَسُوْلُ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ   ( الزخرف: ٤٦ )

walaqad
وَلَقَدْ
And certainly
arsalnā
أَرْسَلْنَا
We sent
mūsā
مُوسَىٰ
Musa
biāyātinā
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ
with Our Signs
ilā
إِلَىٰ
to
fir'ʿawna
فِرْعَوْنَ
Firaun
wamala-ihi
وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ
and his chiefs
faqāla
فَقَالَ
and he said
innī
إِنِّى
"Indeed I am
rasūlu
رَسُولُ
a Messenger
rabbi
رَبِّ
(of the) Lord
l-ʿālamīna
ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
(of) the worlds"

Wa laqad arsalnaa Moosaa bi aayaatinaaa ilaa Fir'awna wa mala'ihee faqaala innee Rasoolu Rabbil 'aalameen (az-Zukhruf 43:46)

Sahih International:

And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds." (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 46)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

We sent Mūsā with Our signs to Fir’aun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs; so he said, “I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds.”
