يٰقَوْمَنَآ اَجِيْبُوْا دَاعِيَ اللّٰهِ وَاٰمِنُوْا بِهٖ يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ مِّنْ ذُنُوْبِكُمْ وَيُجِرْكُمْ مِّنْ عَذَابٍ اَلِيْمٍ   ( الأحقاف: ٣١ )

yāqawmanā
يَٰقَوْمَنَآ
O our people!
ajībū
أَجِيبُوا۟
Respond
dāʿiya
دَاعِىَ
(to the) caller
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
waāminū
وَءَامِنُوا۟
and believe
bihi
بِهِۦ
in him
yaghfir
يَغْفِرْ
He will forgive
lakum
لَكُم
for you
min
مِّن
of
dhunūbikum
ذُنُوبِكُمْ
your sins
wayujir'kum
وَيُجِرْكُم
and will protect you
min
مِّنْ
from
ʿadhābin
عَذَابٍ
a punishment
alīmin
أَلِيمٍ
painful

Yaa qawmanaaa ajeeboo daa'iyal laahi wa aaminoo bihee yaghfir lakum min zunoobikum wa yujirkum min 'azaabin aleem (al-ʾAḥq̈āf 46:31)

Sahih International:

O our people, respond to the Caller [i.e., Messenger] of Allah and believe in him; He [i.e., Allah] will forgive for you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment. (Al-Ahqaf [46] : 31)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

O our people, respond to Allah’s herald, and believe in him, and (once you do that,) Allah will forgive your sins for you, and will save you from a painful punishment.
