Al-Fath Verse 8

Indeed, ˹O Prophet,˺ We have sent you as a witness, a deliverer of good news, and a warner,

Indeed, We have sent you [O prophet] as a witness, a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner,

Surely We have sent thee as a witness, good tidings to bear, and warning,

We have sent you [Prophet] to bring good news and to give warning,

Verily We! We have sent thee as a witness and a bearer of glad tidings and a warner.

We have truly sent thee as a witness, as a bringer of Glad Tidings, and as a Warner;

(O Prophet), We have sent you forth as a witness, as a bearer of good news, and as a warner

We have sent you as witness (of the truth) and harbinger of good news and a warner,

We have indeed sent you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) as a present witness and a Herald of glad tidings and warnings. (The Holy Prophet is a witness from Allah.)

Indeed We have sent you as a witness, and as a bearer of good news and warner,

Surely We have sent you as Messenger as a witness (to the truth of Islam and the falsehood of other ways, and as a witness in both worlds to people’s deeds), and as a bearer of glad tidings (of prosperity in return for faith and righteousness) and a warner (against the consequences of misguidance);

(Prophet!) We have sent you as a Witness (to Our existence and attributes), and a Bearer of glad tidings and a Warner.

That We sent you (as) a witness/testifier, and (as an) announcer of good news, and a warner/giver of notice

We have indeed sent you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him) as a present witness and a Herald of glad tidings and warnings. (The Holy Prophet is a witness from Allah.)

Surely We have sent you (O Muhammad) as a witness and as a bearer of good news and as a Warner

Verily, We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a witness, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner.

And Allah’s are the hosts of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is ever Mighty, Wise.

Surely We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and as a warner,

Lo! We have sent thee (O Muhammad) as a witness and a bearer of good tidings and a warner,

We have sent you as a witness, a bearer of glad news, and a warner,

We have sent you (Prophet Muhammad) as a witness and as a bearer of glad tidings and warning,

Verily, We have sent you as a witness, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner.

We have sent you forth as a witness and a bearer of good tidings and a warner,

We sent you as a witness, and a bearer of good news, and a warner.

Indeed We have sent you as a witness, against your community at the Resurrection, and a bearer of good tidings, to them in this world, and a warner, to threaten those in it who do evil with [the punishment of] the Fire;

Qualities of the Messenger of Allah

Allah the Exalted says to His Prophet, Muhammad,

إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا

Verily, We have sent you as a witness, (of the creation),

وَمُبَشِّرًا

as a bearer of glad tidings, (to the believers),

وَنَذِيرًا



and as a warner. (to the disbelievers).

We explained these meanings in the Tafsir of Surah Al-Ahzab.

Allah said

We have sent you O Muhammad to be a witness who shall testify, in Day of Judgment, of the response of the people to the Divine message and We sent you to deliver the joyful news to those whose hearts reflect the image of religious and spiritual virtues and to be a spectacle and warning
