Qaf Verse 44

˹Beware of˺ the Day the earth will split open, letting them rush forth. That will be an easy gathering for Us.

On the Day when the earth will be rent asunder for them as they hasten forth [from their graves]. That is an easy gathering for Us.

Upon the day when the earth is split asunder from about them as they hasten forth; that is a mustering easy for Us.

on the Day when the earth will be torn apart, letting them rush out- that gathering will be easy for Us.

That shall be the Day whereon the earth will be cleft from off them as they hasten forth. That shall be a gathering Unto Us easy.

The Day when the Earth will be rent asunder, from (men) hurrying out; that will be a gathering together,- quite easy for Us.

on the Day when the earth will be rent asunder and people, rising from it, will hasten forth. To assemble them all will be easy for Us.

The day the earth will split asunder they will come out hurriedly. This gathering together is easy for Us.

On the day when the earth will split for them, so they will come out in haste; this is the gathering – easy for Us.

The day the earth is split open for [disentombing] them, [they will come out] hastening. That mustering is easy for Us [to carry out].

That Day the earth will be rent asunder away from them, and they, hurrying out of it (will come to the gathering). That will be a gathering easy for Us.

The day when the earth shall cleave asunder from above the people and they be revealed. They will come rushing forth. It will be easy for Us to raise them to life and gather them together.

A day/time the earth/Planet Earth splits/cracks from them quickening/speeding/rushing, that (is a) gathering easy/small on Us.

On the day when the earth will split for them, so they will come out in haste; this is the gathering - easy for Us.

The day on which the earth shall be rent asunder from under them, they will hasten forth; that will be a gathering together easy to Us.

On the Day when the earth shall be cleft, from off them, (they will come out) hastening forth. That will be a gathering, quite easy for Us.

Surely We give life and cause to die, and to Us is the eventual coming --

The day on which the earth shall cleave asunder under them, they will make haste; that is a gathering together easy to Us.

On the day when the earth splitteth asunder from them, hastening forth (they come). That is a gathering easy for Us (to make).

On the day when the earth is rent asunder, they will quickly come out of their graves. This is how easy it is for Us to bring about the Day of Resurrection.

Upon that Day the earth will be rent asunder from around them as they hurry forth that is an easy gathering for Us.

On the Day when the earth shall be cleft, from off them (they will come out) hastening forth. That will be a gathering, quite easy for Us.

on the Day the earth will be rent asunder over them, and from it they shall emerge in haste. To assemble them all is easy enough for Us.

The Day when the earth will crack for them at once. That is an easy gathering for Us.

On the day when (yawma substitutes for the previous yawma, with the intervening [statement] being a parenthetical) the earth is split asunder (read tashaqqaqu, or tashshaqqaqu, where the original second t' [of tatashaqqaqu] has been assimilated with it [the shn]) from them, [they will come] hastening forth (sir`an; [sir`] the plural of sar`, a circumstantial qualifier referring to an implied clause, that is to say [together they would read] fa-yakhrujna musri`na, `they come forth hastening'). That is an easy gathering for Us (dhlika hashrun `alayn yasr; there is here a separation of the noun from its adjective by what is semantically connected to it, for the purpose of specification -- which is [rhetorically] unobjectionable; dhlika, `that', is meant to point out the signification of the `gathering', which itself is [also] predicated by this [demonstrative particle], and this signification is the bringing back to life after extinction and the assembly for the exposition and the reckoning [before God]).

يَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ الاَْرْضُ عَنْهُمْ سِرَاعًا

On the Day when the earth shall be cleft, from off them (they will come out) hastening forth.

Allah the Exalted and Most Honored will send down rain from the sky. From that rain the bodies of the creations will grow while they are in their graves, just as the seed grows in soil in the aftermath of rain. When the bodies grow to their full strength, Allah the Exalted will command angel Israfil and he will blow in the Trumpet (for a second time). The souls will be enclosed in a hole in the Trumpet. When Israfil blows in the Trumpet, the souls will depart from it and will fly between the heavens and earth. Allah the Exalted and Most Honored, will declare,

"By My grace and power, each soul shall return to the body that it used to inhabit,"

and indeed, every soul will return to its body. The soul will enter its body just as poison enters the body, then the earth will be uncovered from above them, and they will all stand and head towards the Reckoning place hastening to obey the command of Allah the Exalted and Most Honored,

مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ يَقُولُ الْكَـفِرُونَ هَـذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ

Hastening towards the caller. The disbelievers will say;"This is a hard Day." (54;8),

and,

يَوْمَ يَدْعُوكُمْ فَتَسْتَجِيبُونَ بِحَمْدِهِ وَتَظُنُّونَ إِن لَّبِثْتُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلً

On the Day when He will call you, and you will answer (His Call) with (words of) His praise and obedience, and you will think that you have stayed (in this world) but a little while! (17;52)

In the Sahih, it is recorded that Anas said that the Messenger of Allah said,

أَنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ تَنْشَقُّ عَنْهُ الاَْرْض

The earth will open up first around me.

Allah the Exalted and Most Honored said,

ذَلِكَ حَشْرٌ عَلَيْنَا يَسِيرٌ



That will be a gathering, quite easy for Us.

`bringing them back to life is easy for Us and effortless.'

Allah the Exalted and Most Honored said,

وَمَأ أَمْرُنَأ إِلاَّ وَحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍ بِالْبَصَرِ

And Our commandment is but one as the twinkling of an eye. (54;50)

and,

مَّا خَلْقُكُمْ وَلَا بَعْثُكُمْ إِلاَّ كَنَفْسٍ وَحِدَةٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ

The creation of you all and the resurrection of you all are only as of a single person. Verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer. (31;28)
