نَحْنُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَقُوْلُوْنَ وَمَآ اَنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِجَبَّارٍۗ فَذَكِّرْ بِالْقُرْاٰنِ مَنْ يَّخَافُ وَعِيْدِ ࣖ   ( ق: ٤٥ )

they say

وَمَآ

bijabbārin
بِجَبَّارٍۖ
the one to compel
fadhakkir
فَذَكِّرْ
But remind
bil-qur'āni
بِٱلْقُرْءَانِ
with the Quran
man
مَن
whoever
yakhāfu
يَخَافُ
fears
waʿīdi
وَعِيدِ
My threat

Nahnu a'lamu bimaa yaqooloona wa maaa anta 'alihim bijabbaarin fazakkir bil quraani many yakhaafu wa'eed (Q̈āf 50:45)

Sahih International:

We are most knowing of what they say, and you are not over them a tyrant. But remind by the Quran whoever fears My threat. (Qaf [50] : 45)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

We know well what they say, and you are not (sent) as one who compels them. So exhort, through the Qur’ān, the one who fears My warning.
