Adh-Dhariyat Verse 4

and ˹the angels˺ administering affairs by ˹Allah’s˺ command!

and by the angels who distribute [blessings] by His command.

and the partitioners,

that distribute [rain] as ordained!

And the angels who distribute the affair.

And those that distribute and apportion by Command;-

and execute the great task of apportioning (rainfall):

And those who distribute (it) by command,

Then by oath of those which distribute by the command.

by [the angels] who dispense [livelihood] by [His] command:

And those (angels) who distribute by command (of God, His provision of rain and innumerable other blessings):

And then distribute and apportion the work by (Our) command,

So the apportioners/distributors a matter/affair/order/command

Then by oath of those which distribute by the command.

And those that distribute and apportion by Our command

And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allah's) Command;

And those running easily!

Then those (angels who) distribute blessings by Our command;

And those who distribute (blessings) by command,

by the angels which distribute the affairs,

then by the distributors (angels), ordered;

And the distributors of command,

and distributing the command of God at His behest!

And those distributing as commanded.

and those that apportion by command; the angels who distribute provisions and the rains and other things across the lands and to [all] servants,

And the distributors of command,

Ali said, it refers to "The angels."

Some scholars said that Al-Jariyat Yusra refers to the stars that float in their orbits with ease. This would mean that the things mentioned were ascendant in their order, beginning with the lower, then mentioning the higher one after that, etc. The winds bring the clouds, the stars are above them and the angels who distribute by Allah's order are above that, and they descend with Allah's legislative orders and the decrees He determines.

These Ayat contain a vow from Allah that Resurrection shall come to pass.

Allah's statement,

إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٌ

And by the angels, the attendants and divine Messengers of Allah, who minister the affairs of mankind and all other beings, and apportion to each what is determined by Allah
