An-Najm Verse 54

How overwhelming was what covered ˹them˺![[ The stones of baked clay that were rained upon them (see {11:82}-83). ]]

and they were utterly covered [by stones].

so that there covered it that which covered.

and enveloped them in the punishment He ordained for them?

Then covered them with that which covered them.

So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up.

and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with.

So that they were covered over by what they were covered over.

So they were covered with whatever covered them?

covering it with what covered it.

So that there covered them that which covered.

So they were completely covered with that which overwhelms (when the punishment befalls).

So covered/came upon it what covers .

So they were covered with whatever covered them?

So that they were covered with that which covers.

So there covered them that which did cover (i.e. torment with stones).

And that He is the Lord of Sirius:

So there covered them that which covered.

So that there covered them that which did cover.

and covered them with torment.

so that there came upon them that which came.

So, there covered them that which did cover.

and then covered them from sight forever.

And covered them with whatever covered them.

so that there covered them, of rocks afterwards, that which covered [them]; this is [purposely] left vague in order to inspire terror; in [srat] Hd [it is stated]; We made their uppermost the nethermost, and We rained upon them stones of baked clay [Q. 11;82].

So, there covered them that which did cover.

Allah said,

فَبِأَيِّ الَاء رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَى
