وَاَطِيْعُوا اللّٰهَ وَاَطِيْعُوا الرَّسُوْلَۚ فَاِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاِنَّمَا عَلٰى رَسُوْلِنَا الْبَلٰغُ الْمُبِيْنُ ( التغابن: ١٢ )
wa-aṭīʿū
وَأَطِيعُوا۟
So obey
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
wa-aṭīʿū
وَأَطِيعُوا۟
and obey
l-rasūla
ٱلرَّسُولَۚ
the Messenger;
fa-in
فَإِن
but if
tawallaytum
تَوَلَّيْتُمْ
you turn away
fa-innamā
فَإِنَّمَا
then only
ʿalā
عَلَىٰ
upon
rasūlinā
رَسُولِنَا
Our Messenger
l-balāghu
ٱلْبَلَٰغُ
(is) the conveyance
l-mubīnu
ٱلْمُبِينُ
clear
Wa atee'ul laaha wa atee'ur Rasool; fa in tawallaitum fa innamaa 'alaa Rasoolinal balaaghul mubeen (at-Taghābun 64:12)
Sahih International:
And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away – then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification. (At-Taghabun [64] : 12)

Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger. But if you turn away, then Our Messenger has only to convey the message clearly.
