(If that is the case) then wait, as indeed I too am among those who wait."

10 Amatul Rahman Omar

(If so) then wait (for the consequences), I too, am with you, among those who wait.´

11 English Literal

Do you dispute with me concerning names which you have named, that is, with which you, you and your fathers, have named idols that you worship, for which, that is, for the worship of which, God has not revealed any warrant?, any definitive argument or proof? Then await, the chastisement. Truly I shall be with you waiting', for that, on account of your denial of me; thus a blighting wind was unleashed against them [cf. Q. 51;4].

24 Tafseer Ibn Kathir

(Hud) said;

Hud, peace be upon him, said to them,

"Rijs and wrath have already fallen on you from your Lord."

you deserve `Rijs' from your Lord because of what you said.

Ibn Abbas said that,
`Rijs', means scorn and anger.

"Dispute you with me over names which you have named -- you and your fathers."

Hud said, do you dispute with me over these idols that you and your fathers made gods, even though they do not bring harm or benefit; did Allah give you authority or proof allowing you to worship them!

Hud further said,

"with no authority from Allah. Then wait, I am with you among those who wait."

this is a threat and warning from the Messenger to his people.
The End of `Ad

So Allah said;
